Adding '/opt/riscv/gcc14-rp2350-no-zcmp/bin' to my path seems to have got things working. So that's Pi 4B Bookworm 32-bit sorted.

Now to try and get that copied over to my Pi 3B Buster 32-bit. I'm sure that will be fun and games as well.
