Interfacing (DSI, CSI, I2C, etc.) • Re: DS18B20 sensors randomly not detected by Rpi3b+

Hello,
I've a Rpi3b+ with the IonoPi shield: https://sferalabs.cc/product/iono-pi-board/
The pi is powered through the shield using this power supply https://sferalabs.cc/product/din-rail-power-supply/ and 2 DS18B20 sensors.
The system seems to work perfectly but unfortunately, sometimes, the sensors are no longer detected by the Raspberry and They are no longer present in the /sys/bus/w1/devices system folder.

When they are detected correctly between the 1-wire port and GND I get 5V, while when they are not detected I get 1.38V. I wanted to ask if anyone had had a similar problem.
If you read a stable 1.38V level on the data line (assuming you are reading with a scope, not a multimeter, as in this case you could be reading an averaged value) it looks likely that the sensor is constantly pulling the line low, thus preventing any I/O. When you are in this condition, try disconnecting the sensor and check the voltage level of the line. It should go back to 5V if there is no activity from the Pi.

It could be caused by an electrically noisy environment and/or very long cables.
