Beginners • Push button, signal to another Pi in the same network

Hi. I have a Pi Z and a Pi 3 in the same network.
In the Pi Z I want to add a push button.
When pushed it triggers a bell attached to the Pi 3.
Is it possible to accomplish that? How so?
