I assume you are aware the USB2514B requires 24MHz +/- 350ppm (page 44 of the datasheet) so a ceramic resonator isn't suitable . Are your sure the 90R pairs are really 90R ? The top ground pour looks too close to the tracks.

So this is not suitable because too inaccurate (0.07 %)? OK, I can try to swap it and use a more precise crystal.

I'm using the JLCPCB JLC04161H-3313, with their calculator it gives me this :

My traces are actually 6mil thick and 8mil spaced.
The GND top ground pour is 10mil away from the traces. That's too close?
