A quick and incomplete Googling does suggest Renke do default to the same ID on their products, rather than having a unique ID per product. I guess there's some rationale for them doing that.So, Renke makes the anemometer and the wind vane, but didn't make them compatible on the same bus? Seems unlikely.
A look in their datasheets suggests it's not full-duplex RS485, perhaps more RS422 transmit-only balanced line, so that may be part of it. But I'm not familiar with RS485 using only 3 wires.
They refer users to a "485 Device Field Wiring Manual" when wiring multiple products to a common bus but I haven't found that.
