Ok. If you haven't found any software that works with this PTZ controller you'll have to write your own.

Firstly, though, the controller has an Ethernet port. You could possibly connect to it that way. It might be more convenient than RS232.

Presumably you want the PTZ controller to control vmix instead of controlling a bunch of cameras? i.e. using the PTZ as a kind of stream deck?

I see that vmix has an NDI module available. You could try that. If your PC (with vmix) is connected to the network and your PTZ controller is also connected to Ethernet then the vmix software might automatically detect the controller.

Your alternative is to look at the Ethernet interface and serial interface with diagnostic tools and figure out what happens when you press buttons on the controller, and write your own intermediate software that links the controller with vmix.
