just made a quick&dirty test with a Pi5 - as I don't have a CM5
changes made to config.txtadded below to cmdline.txtreboot with 27W PSU -Pi5 comes up -> power down.
Took a USB-C PD cable (C to C), connected it to my MacBook M4 Pro, other end to RPi5. Pi5 starts booting, at some point MAC detects the USB Ethernet gadget -> working here on my end. The Pi5 in question boots from as 256GB NVMe on an official M.2 HAT+ btw.
