1. There is no RPI3 model. 3A+, 3B or 3B+Sorry, RPi 3, latest version of both 64 and 32 bit, powering off a USB hub.
Complete new card, new install of OS, did an”update” then “upgrade” and it repeatedly stops with the above.
Also did the dpkg and the same thing
2. Powering from a USB hub could be a problem.
