Is your Pi working when not mounted inside of the chassis?
Do you see a boot diagnostics screen when powering on your Pi with the monitor connected but no bootable device (no uSD/NVMe/USB) mounted?
If there is nothing then the problem is with your HDMI cable and/or the monitor.
