Ok i solved, the problem was inside the router. I'd to flush away the dinamic ip on the router and assign the static IP, then reboot the router, in the meantime i get on raspberry and reboot as well it, then it worked out everything.
I have only the wifi connection.
still i got very question marks on router, IP and so on and would be great find something to read to learn more on it, which i really like.
So far this is why i did all of this: i've a little farm which produce honey and the last year the technician which came to me for the certification for organic honey said i need to improve my storage so i went in a shop for buying a program for this task but the shop ask me a lot for what i need(maybe he thought i was a chicken to pluck ) so i started this adventure diving inside raspberry, IP, apache, mariadb and so on.
For now i did some steps further but its long if u are not "consumed" player as i am.
Anyway thanks to all for the help i think when i will be in trouble again i founded a good place to start when i get stuck![:)]( "Smile")
