Now, for a broader sense of security, it still needs specialized physical access.

For most things an RP235X will be in that will be product so, while a cost, one can usually just buy one to have that.

Whatever it means, most probably we are talking about different things.
In secure environments, tampering with equipment in such way can easily buy one several years in prison.
