Troubleshooting • HM-10 does not talk to raspi 5

Hi,

I want to exchange data from a HM-10 module to a Raspi 5 via bluetooth low energy BTLE.

The HM-10 module is connected by a serial to another uC. I can talk to the HM-10 with AT-commands. With "AT+ROLE0" I configure to "slave", with "AT+IMME1" I make it waiting for a connection.

On the Raspi 5 I use latest newest linux and bluez and bleak.

I start "sudo bluetoothctl" with "power on", "agent on"
"default-agent" "scan on" and I see the HM-10 with his MAC.

"trust D0:39:72:C0:C5:4A" always works, with "devices Trusted" it is shown.

"connect/disconnect D0:39:72:C0:C5:4A" often works, not always, even without preceding "pair
D0:39:72:C0:C5:4A" .

"pair D0:39:72:C0:C5:4A" never worked, not even with corect passkey: "Failed to pair: org.bluez.Error.AuthenticationCanceled".

On the raspi Im running Python bleak .
"devices = await BleakScanner.discover()" and "if await client.is_connected():" never worked, not even with a connected device.

On my mobile I do not see the HM-10.

Any suggestions?
