I took photos of every pin on the flash chip during boot and flash. I noticed that it now doesn't matter whether or not I press the BOOT button or not, the bootloader always goes into USB mode.

I didn't take photos of IO2 and IO3 since I assumed they would be similar enough to IO1.
About PCB layout: would love to hear more suggestions about grounding! I'm quite a novice when it comes to PCB design (obviously...), so I really want to hear every suggestion you have to improve.
