- What are you using for a PSU?
- How is the drive connected? PCIe (if so which HAT/base board are you using)? USB?
- What changes have you made to the EEPROM config? It's possible you may have made things worse and if you don't tell us, we can't say.
- Same for config.txt and cmdline.txt
Using dd to copy a live (i.e. mounted) drive is neither sensible nor reliable.* Further if you then boot the Pi with both the source and destination drives connected it is unpredictable which will be used as the PARTUUIDs will be identical on both drives.
Lastly, I'm not sure what the point of your image was. There's nothing in it that I could see that will shed light on your problem.
*: because dd is a block level copy and unaware of any changes made to blocks that have already been copied.
