If you're not on a strict budget, the Pi 5 with 16GB is a solid choice. It’s probably more RAM than you need for your use case, but it’s always better to have more for future-proofing, especially since the RAM is not upgradable. If you can, I’d suggest going for the Pi 5 to make sure it can handle everything you want to do without hiccups.
