What Controller do you use? RTL8126?
I'm very sure that there is no support for other then the native Ethernet in the bootrom, and there is no way for you to add support. My understanding is also that the bootrom is even so full they couldn't get PCIe bridge support into it.
You will need the OTG USB2 or the native Ethernet for provisioning.
