I can view video when the pi is connected to my router with ethernet cable. When the cable is removed from the pi, and I connect it to the 4G hotspot, I can connect from my phone or PC, and all other interactions work except for the video stream :/
IF- this is infact due to port issues, I also need to figure out how to set up a static IP for the hotspot I believe. Ugh. So close.
