Do you need WiFi? Metal cases handle heat better than other materials but block WiFi.
You could use stainless steel mesh or aluminium sheet with lots of holes drilled. Easy to bend. I found the cheapest source is old office furniture, like trays. You mount the Pi board with small brass offsets. Add the Pi cooler or similar with the fan connected. Test. If the air flow is good, the fan will not switch on all the time.
A shiny metal sheet on the window side will reflect heat away without reflecting into your eyes.
You could buy a ready made metal case, like one of the Geekworm cases, then add shiny foil to the side(s) facing the sun.
