Sorry as this does not answer the question, but are you sure you need DHCPv6 on your Pi?
I'm asking because not everyone is familiar with IPv6 and realizes that a DHCPv6 server can be superfluous in many cases, and can actually make things quite confusing/redundant/incorrect/fragile. I've owned a couple routers and had a few ISPs, but never had to run a DHCPv6 server to get IPv6 working (I'm always running a DHCPv4 server though).
