I am totally green to raspberry, I just got a pi5 with a 3.5 lcd screen all brand new. The lcd plugs into the pi5 on over half of the GPIO pins. I downloaded the os onto the micro SD card to get started. Now with the 3.5 lcd, I have followed the directions that came with the lcd several times thinking I have missed something. All I get is the back light to come on. I have downloaded the driver from github(at least I think I did). I followed the directions that came with the lcd with no luck. Please help when you can, I sure would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
