FAKE NEWS!The display does not support newer kernel versions over 6.6.51!!
It is required to lock this version using apt and then everythings fine
my display happily runs on a Pi5 with 6.12.25 kernel. Will Update to 6.12.27 - latest kernel by the time of writing this post - today.
my Screen is connected via cable harness because of the missing pogo-pin for TP_Int. Will run a test today and Report back.
Which Pi are you using? The overlay which enables the touch (posted here https://forums.raspberrypi.com/viewtopi ... 5#p2311771) will work on Pi5 only - as stated in the post!
Where did you get the information from that LCD_DC is on GPIO25?
For me it's GPIO22 - same as what waveshare states in their wiki https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/3.5inch_RPi_LCD_(F)
