What you basically need to do is follow the steps shown in this post viewtopic.php?t=358240&hilit=Ili9341#p2165638
From lcdwiki you will have to download the demo package http://www.lcdwiki.com/res/Program/Ardu ... 1_V1.0.zip
find 'lcd.c' from that demo code; it should have all the init code data. You will have to create a .bin file with this sequence.
Once that is created copy it to the required location, add the overlay for starting the driver (there are enough examples posted in this threat) and see if your display fires up. Make sure to crosscheck the init sequence with the TCON data sheet.
