Just googled that, and I see no mention of isolation. So it seems quite likely your whole circuit is electrically connected to the mains! BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL working on this until you have confirmed whether or not the LED driver is isolated from the mains.LED driver is a DL-75W-V108A-MXG

Even if the monitors signal ground is not hard tied to mains ground it may have significant capacitive coupling to it, which can provide a current path for surge currents when sudden switching happens, either within your device or within the surrounding electrical system.
