you should be more precise with your requests: what are the resources needed by your Hardware?
A GPIO expander connected to I2C - i.e. MCP23017 gives you 16 additional GPIO -> use them for the Inputs
a PWM Controller on I2C like PCA9685 lets you Drive your 6 servos and has 10 PWM or digital outputs for spare
you should have enough I/O for your Ultrasonic sensors
so far you have only used 2pins of your Pi!
what controls does your H-bridges need? voltmeters? you might either look at an ADC or a battery fuel gauge, both are available with I2C Interface . an ADS1015 on I2C gives you 4 analog inputs i.e.
so refine/rethink your requirement. then think of UPS or whatever you have in mind.
