your Pi is able to display something (as can be seen from the video).
there should be no need for messing around with kernel command line. you've not changed EEPROM and enabled network boot by chance .. that's what it looks like
would like to propose:
- flash the bootloader recovery Image
- use rpi-imager for flashing latest OS release to a know good uSD or USB Stick. make sure SSH is enabled
- boot the Pi and report back
