I did ask around and got this response:
Upon further investigation, the difference is not between RT and non-RT. The difference is between 6.12.25 and 6.12.33. Using lsinitramfs to compare the two versions, 6.12.33 is missing the files listed in the attached 'missing-from-6.12.33-initramfs.txt'.
Can I assume these files were intentionally removed (I didn't make any changes or do anything to remove them).
Are you comparing stock initramfs to your build, or your build with 6.12.25 to your build of 6.12.33?They may be comparing the files in a stock initramfs image and one they've built. When the OS image is built, it's done with "most" modules, but then it's switched to "dep".
