I have issue with bad performance on Raspbian os 64 lite 64bit after make new sd card with Kodi 21.
My Rapsberry is PI4 2GB.
In menu i have 10-15 fps, when playing video H264 1080p via ISA i have 15-20 fps system render speed.
Before on Kodi 20 i had a 49-50fps in menu, and 30 fps when playing video.
This is useful advice (it applies to kodi on RPiOS as well as LibreELEC).
