Hi all,
I would like to receive a UDP audio stream and play it out of a HifiBerry sound card. I have followed the installation steps and got a working FFMPEG command.
The audio plays fine with no distortion etc. when run from the terminal.
However when I use systemd to run the command on start-up, the audio plays, but it sounds distorted, with a kind of swooping sound over the top of it, I thought maybe this was a priority issue, but when I run the top command, the process appears to be identical, both running it with systemd, and running using terminal, even down to the user.
What else should I be checking?
I can run the same command using a software package called Liquidsoap, and this works in both systemd and terminal, but when the stream disconnects I have no way of recovering it automatically.
