Yes that's true. I even don't need multiplexer FSUSB42MUX.

Now I am wondering about USB_OTG_ID (101) of CM4. I think I need to leave it unconnected because I am only using CM4 in USB device mode with Micro USB connector. In CM4IO, USB_OTG_ID (101) pin is connected to SEL of multiplexer FSUSB42MUX.

One more question, on the Micro USB connector, there are two pins, ID and VBUS. How do I connect them ?

The ID pin in Micro USB connector in CM4IO board is unconnected.

I am not sure about the VBUS pin of Micro USB connector.
