Initial questions:
- What are you using to power the Pi?
- 2.5" or NVMe SSD?
- Make and model of SSD?
- Rated current draw of SSD?
- Chipset of enclosure?
- Does your enclosure draw all of it's 5v supply from the USB host? Many do even if externally powered with 12v.
- In the failed state, does it show in
