If something was working and now it isn't; you need to identify what has changed between the two states (working and not working). The list of things that thagrol has suggested are a good place to start.

That Chat GPT log illustrates very well why it should really not be relied on. Some of it is based on out of date information and some of it is just plain wrong!

2 years is an absolute age in IT terms, so If you still get nowhere; I would start again go back to basics to eliminate any variables

1. Install a fresh image of the latest up to date Raspberry Pi OS on a known good card. Your 2 year old OS is almost certainly well out of date and imho, it's easier to start again...ensuring of course that you have first backed up any data on there that you want to keep.
2. Add a screen and keyboard/mouse so that you can more easily see what you are doing
3. Connect a known good power supply...Poor power supplies can often cause issues.
4. Work through the stages in the official (excellent!) documentation.
