I haven't heard of anyone using that sensor at all with a Raspberry Pi.
A driver was added to the mainline kernel by Intel in Feb 2022, with Linaro adding device tree support for it in August 2024.
If you are using that driver then you may be able to get some assistance via the maintainers and linux-media mailing list.
If you're using some 3rd party driver for it, then appeal to the vendor who provided that driver.
I have no information as to whether that sensor register usage is similar to ov9281 or not - I'd be surprised if they were exactly the same, and generally you have to change the output size registers as well as the binning control registers. If you can find a datasheet, then that may give sufficient information. A quick search by me has failed to turn anything up.
