I've had a Pi 1 since the beginning, but I can't say it's been running that much. I did have a mouse get into the basement, and it peed on the Pi 1, that was tricky to clean, as it went under the composite connector. I finally got the smell away, and it works fine. I just struggle to find a use for it, since I have newer Pis. Just leaving it on forever never occurred to me.
