Number 3 bus from the station is every 10 minutes.Just be aware that Cambridge Station is a little way from the City Centre. Google says 1.2miles / 25min walk to get from there to the Pi shop.
The Centre for Computing History is a further 1.6miles / 35min walk from the Pi shop, and 1.3miles /30mins from there back to the station.
All quite doable, but they aren't right next door to each other.
It passes through the City Centre where Grand Arcade is, then continues along Newmarket Road and passes close the the Museum (River Lane stop).
