If its an owlsight you should only need to add dtoverlay=ov64a40 to /boot/firmware/config.txt

and also add "camera_auto_detect=0" too.

I found it didn't work on a Raspberry Pi 4 unless you had the most recent kernel *and* had updated the boot EEPROM
