Thanks for the catch, the VDD_CORE_V being below 0.72V, I totally overlooked that. As an aside, the under stress --cpu 4 loading, the VDD_EXT5V_V reads within 0.08V of the Klein Tools meter which is measuring the output of the 13.8 VDC to 5.2 VDC buck converter. The 6-inch USB-A to USB-C cable is not dropping voltage by much.
