I'm looking for a bookworm (6.12) port of the https://github.com/starnight/LoRa/tree/file-ops kernel driver for use with RadioHead library's RH_LoRaFileOps driver. The widely referenced starnight github repo code targets an earlier version of Linux and no longer builds under bookworm. ![:(]( "Sad")
Why? I'm using a Raspberry Pi 4 running bookworm with the Adafruit RFM95W LoRa bonnet. In user space, the RadioHead RH_RF95 driver is dropping received bytes (not just an occasional loss... it's more like a packet occasionally gets through undamaged;), and I'm looking for a kernel-based solution to use with RH_LoRaFileOps and mitigate the dropped bytes problem which I assume arise from the user-space approach. I'd prefer an off-the-shelf driver vs. porting the old starnight driver to Bookworm. If not available, I'm looking for a different LoRa radio and kernel based driver that works reasonably with Bookworm.
