So are you saying those 4 boards don't show a 12MHz clock on the scope ? Those other 4 don't have 1.1V on the regulator output ?However, only 1 assembled board works fine. I.e There is 12MHz clock on the scope and there is Internal regulator Output which is 1.1V.
Rest 4 boards are unfunctional.
What else have you checked on the non-functional boards which would suggest they should work, or reveals what is not working ?
