Compute Module • WiFi module missing on CM4 modules after image restore

Hi.
I've prepared a new image, on CM4, all good, pushed out to a couple of live machines.

Come to do another one, and there's no wlan0 - no wifi interface at all.
Took another new CM4 (brand new in box), restored same image (Rasperry Pi OS lite based), and got the same problem.

These are CM4104016

Any ideas? Very odd.

I do not see anything relating to bcm wireless in dmesg.

I do see a 'task vchiq keep blocked' though. is this related?
