It sounds like you've already developed a product that does what you want. Given the Hailo8 does not have onboard memory and must access the model weights on the Pi through a single PCIe2 lane, that's a good accomplishment.Would love a little history or marketing lesson on this one. Since the Hailo10 with direct attached RAM has just come out, it's not clear to me what the long term future of the 8 might be. Hopefully you can get some at a discount.
Unfortunately I know nothing. I've heard business to business pricing can be very different than a development board. Also, since Hailo is a startup looking for success stories, direct inquiry may offer more flexibility than expected.
It's too bad Ryzen AI mini PCs are so expensive as that could provide an alternative.
