Just picked up another CM5 to "play" with along with a new m.2 to make it fast.
I still not have found a good display manager I like the User Interface (UI) on the AMD box
so getting the AMD and RP5 to match is mostly on hold. Just getting it close will be a good thing (tm).
I picked up a few fresh SD-cards for the normal RP#5/4 should arrive tomorrow so I will have the ability
to clone my playground and destroy it testing some of the upgrade paths. With a NAS + USB m.2
thumb drive backing up unique configs / data files are easy and lets me play sort of risk free.
One big issue is I have a nice clunky mechanical Keyboard (Logitec) that got locked up when playing
with the Intel Debian 13 when flopping around display mangers. So lesson was learned to stick with
generic hardware until I settle in on the right display manager. It took a good hardware un-plug to clear the issue.
A standard reboot was just not good enough to clear things out.
