Beta testing • Re: Updating to trixie

The account itself is the admin account. The config directory is the same for 6 years or so. But maybe something from Debian12-13 changed such that TVH gets/presents things the wrong way. Anyone seen this issue as well?
I did an in place upgrade of bookworm to trixie on a Pi4 I run tvheadend on with a TV HAT.
It's been working fine - live tv and recordings work (played through a separate LibreELEC Pi5).

I hadn't actually gone back to the web interface, but have now had a look and maybe see your issue.
I only see the EPG and DVR tabs. That bar does show "No verified access" with a login button which shows "403 forbidden" when clicked.

So there seems to be a login/permissions issue. I'll have a poke around.
My running TVH on RPI4 uses now /home/hts/.config/hts/, I changed it according to advice shown in logs. So that is the separate .deb package as indicated on top of RPiOS64 Trixie, no updates done since THV issue.

If I add raspi.list (trixie) to a Debian Trixie VM and install TVH, new config is in /var/lib/tvheadend/ and although hts:video is created no homedir hts
If I stop TVH in VM, rsync TVH configtree from RPI4 to /var/lib/tvheadend, restart TVH, then in that VM same issue: only EPG and DVR in menu.
I remember this is an old issue buster times or before, also when on x86-64 at that time. So it seems the raspi(trixie) build maybe has old config settings, or is hit by the fact that homedir hts is not created maybe.
