The options I've seen don't work. They involve installing a full-fledged operating system (which consumes hardware resources) and installing an emulator with a graphical interface on top of it. And also launching the emulator from the operating system environment. And honestly, I don't know what could be more stupid than this method.
A system with 0.7-1 GHz, 515 MB of RAM can't emulate a system with 0.133 GHz and 64 MB of RAM? This is nonsense.
Is there a way to install some minimal package with an emulator that would consume a minimum of hardware resources and would immediately launch Windows 98 without any additional actions?
