It's a bit tricky. The CH342 is a dual port USB device. When you plug the radio in to a host (the Windows PC) then device drivers load and serial ports appear on the PC.
Inside the radio will be a serial data stream that goes into one side of the CH342. When everything works properly then that data stream appears on the host.
I can see three potential solutions. One is to open up the radio and tap into the data stream before it gets to the CH342, and route it to your Bluetooth device.
The second is to plug your Pi Zero 2 into the USB port on the radio. Now the Pi Zero is the host, and a serial device should appear. Use software to route the data stream from the serial device to Bluetooth.
The third, since the radio is a Linux box, can you add any hardware or software to exfiltrate the data you want by some other means?
Actually, a fourth method comes to mind. Instead of viewing the data on Coolterm on the Windows PC you could re-route it to Bluetooth.
If you post the make and model of the radio it might help. Presumably you want the Adafruit Bluetooth device inside the radio, so that you can view the serial data on your phone or other Bluetooth receiver without having to plug the USB into a PC?
