Automation, sensing and robotics • Implementing A Sensor that Requires Negative DC Current

I am attempting to build a bite force apparatus for turtle research. I have decided on using the A301 Piezoresistive sensor by Tekscan. to implement it with the proper circuitry, though I need to feed supply power as negative DC current into the MCP6004 op amp and positive DC current that I scale down for the reference voltage. I was originally planning to use the 5Vdc pins on the Raspberry Pi 4b in order to do this, but I am uncertain how I would reverse the polarity or if that would even be safe to do with the Pi. Any insights would be appreciated, thanks.
