I have a Limited Edition Blue Raspberry Pi 1 Blue (boxed and certificate) as it was when I got it in 2013. I am looking to sell it as I've no use for it and I'd like it to go to a good home where it would be appreciated.

Finding an online forum that covers Raspberry Pi products and services and has a For Sale section seems to be a good starting point!
Perhaps like selling anything else you now need to outline the terms and conditions of sale and include vital details such as Asking Price and which parts of the World you are prepared to ship to and at whose cost. These Raspberry Pi forums have international reach and readership.
Note that these Forums do not support direct person-to-person messaging, so you will need to find some other channel for private negotiations.
An Internet 'Auction' site might have the infrastructure you need already in place? Not for me to decide, but past precedent suggests that a single post here mentioning availability of a product or service from some other source is usually tolerated by the Moderators.
I suspect you will have no difficulty finding a Buyer who would like to add such a board to their collection.
