convoluted days... i'm back to the big city and i was using the heat gun to desolder the pins and suddenly the camera connector was dismantling! am i cursed

painting was ok, the chemical for vehicle bumpers is quite strong! and well, i hope there's no disaster on that ADC chip, it's so small i wonder if i look too much at it, it'll will break considering how lucky i'm with this project. the 140k resistor works, i'll give the code of raspi.tv a try. since the mail is quite fast now, i guess in a week or two we'll have news, if i don't manage to burn down the house with my new voltage meter
magnets as a holding element at the back lid would work quite well... at least my magnetic cable prototype with 3 connections is fairly strong with 3x3 mm neodymium magnets! shame i discovered they are coated to prevent rust, thus making the connection unreliable! guess my next try is pogo pins but it's not for this project. with the 2 remaining Pis i have now i guess it's time to schedule a kitchen scale upgrade on an old project i have (voice set/stopped timers with speech-to-text local agents and whatever the second project; maybe an AI agent detecting if your Pi has the camera connector broke (led OFF for broke, led ON for not-broke))
