I have seen this with Bookworm but not Trixie. I have a Pi5 with an NVME drive. The only thing I could think it could be was something related to heat. It has an active cooler with a RPi NVME board though. It used to occur just often enough that I was seriously considering throwing it out. It's been running a couple of weeks with Trixie and no problems.
