Thank to all of you.

- The Pi is Zero W V1.1 because it is printed on the rear of the board
- When attached to HDMI i can login via SSH, with no trouble.
- When turn on the power (no hdmi attached) I can see the onboard led booting (it blink like an hdd led) but when it stop blinking i cannot reach via SSH

Today is turn on and connected, after a reboot same sad story, the led blinks but when the boot is finished no Zero in de router's device list and no ip for my Pi.
It seems that sometime everything is alright, more often no.
Are you powering down the Zero by pulling the plug? Nobody can login if it's performing recovery operations due to unclean shutdown. Recovery makes boot slow and might get stuck
