Would probably work, you could probably dedicate the other core to that. But if as arg001 says, that you are out of USB endpoint it wont help.Is it not possible to bitbang additional ports? Though performance would not be as good when doing so.
Probably involves reading the USB protocol and documentation for writing USB drivers for whatever operating system you are targeting.If only i need to implement Vendor Protocol how can i do that so i can get what i need??
But I do have another idea.
Put two RP2350 on your board and an USB HUB IC.
